Yes, some projects need to be carried out in stages, whether to manage the financial load or to coordinate with a house build or other development. Having a landscape design in place is beneficial, as it allows us to plan for all desired elements from the start and ensures that your project is staged in a practical and sensible manner.

Yes. Once we understand the scope of your landscape project and the products you have selected, we will provide you with a written quote. If there are uncertainties (such as underground conditions for drilling or excavation) or if the project scope changes and additional work is needed, we will give you an estimate and invoice you based on actual costs and agreed-upon fees.

For small projects, we will issue a single invoice upon completion. For longer projects, progress payments may be required, with a final invoice issued upon completion. A deposit or partial payment might be requested before we place an order for certain specified products. If this applies, you will be informed during the pricing process.

Our general service area is within the Whangarei district. If you have a landscape project outside this area, we would still like to hear from you, as we may be able to assist.
